Detailed description (English): Every year on the first Thursday of April we organise the Walk to Work day. We try to stimulate people to walk to work. Because of the 'active' forms of mobility and because of the positive effects on health.
Therefore we also ask organisations to actively promote the Walk to Work day to their employees. In the year 2017 more than 60 organisations participated actively.
With the dutch hashtag #wandelnaarjewerkdag we were trending on Twitter.
