Detailed description (English): Larvik kommune and BUA arranges a bicycle workshop at Larvik Torg. Miljørn and the national association of cyclists has nice giveaways to promote sustainable mobility. There will be a lottery where an electrical bike is the price (the winner will be announced sept. 24.)
