Detailed description (English): SEA Milan Airports is partner of the LAirA (Landside Airports Accessibility) European project, funded by the Central Europe Programme. LAirA aims at improving airports’ surface access and fostering low-carbon mobility solutions for passengers and employees.
Through the qualified contribution of institutions, companies and important international airports, the workshop "Electric Mobility at Airports" aims at develop issues related to mobility towards airports in order to identify international best practices and improve accessibility to the infrastructures. Stakeholders will be asked to define and discuss the strategic scenario and the industrial vision linked to the main policies and legislative initiatives. Institutions and companies will be also asked to carry out issues on short-medium term investments in the field of electric mobility.
Target group(s): Mobility experts and executives, Rail executives, Airports executives, Public administrations, Electic mobility providers, Electric suppliers, Air passengers.
Objectives: Contribute to the development of electric mobility as a means of access to airports.
Expected Outcomes: Development of a public debate and implementation of concrete measures for airports' electric mobility.
