Our bodies are designed to move, yet many of us struggle to find the time to get active during the day. Often our daily routines are made up of sitting: in traffic, at a desk or in front of a screen. But what if we could integrate exercise into our daily life and save money and the environment at the same time?
The Telia Mobility Boost Challenge is part of a European campaign to put spotlight on safe walking and cycling and the benefits it can have on our environment, health and wellbeing. Active transport modes such as walking and cycling are emission-free and they help you keep your heart and body more healthy. Companies, cities and countries all over Europe are joining the campaign, and so are we!
The Mobility Boost Challenge is part of Telia’s Health & Wellbeing concept Wellbeing @ Work; a concept of yearly activities and themes that strives us all to get inspired and motivated to achieve better health and our own path to balancing life. You can choose how much you want to participate, how sustainable you want to be or how much effort you want to put in challenging yourself and your colleagues.
