Rocafort organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2017, taking into account the annual theme.
All week
Al llarg de la setmana el govern municipal presentarà unes mesures de pacificació i ordenació del trànsit rodat en la població. El dijous 19 farem un documental de conscienciació i debat obert. El diumenge 22 farem una ronda ciclista per Rocafort, unes activitats infantils relacionades amb la mobilitat en plaça Espanya, i tancarem el c. Toledo i el c. Bonavista per a ús cívic sense trànsit motoritzat.
Permanent measures
Rocafort implements one or more new permanent measure(s), which contribute(s) to modal transfer from private car to environmentally sound means of transport.
New or improved bicycle facilities
Improvement of bicycle network (creation of new lanes, extension, renovation, signposting etc)
Pedestrianisation
Improvement of infrastructure (new foot bridges, pavements, road crossings, zebra crossings etc)
Traffic calming and access control scheme
Speed reduction programmes in zones near schools
New traffic regulations: traffic circulation and parking
Mobility management
Launch of awareness-raising campaigns
Development of travel plans / mobility plans in consultation with local stakeholders
Organisation of regular fora or surveys on public opinions and ideas
Car-free day
Rocafort carries out a Car-Free Day 2017 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Tancarem el carrer Toledo i el carrer Bonavista (fins a c. Mestre Dolz).
