Activities within the week

Reykjavik organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2006, taking into account the annual theme.

The Mobility Week Flower
A new neighbourhood will be chosen to represent the Mobility Week for the next mobility-year and receives the mobility week flower. The community centre in the neighbourhood will head the process and encourage schools, institutions etc. to participate. Schools willl be made more bicycle friendly and projects worked on to connect this years week with the next.
