Jilemnice carries out a Car-Free Day 2006 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
On Friday 22 September from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., the area next to the parking spaces by the brewery was closed.
