Activities within the week

Bergen op Zoom organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2007, taking into account the annual theme.

In Bergen op Zoom the theme is: On te move for a healthy, clean and safe environment! On sunday 16 september 2007 we close the centre of the village Halsteren for the "Braderie". You can join there a bike event, and bike on a real space bike of go for information about the campaign: "fietsen Scoort" that asks people to use their bikes to go to work.
The rest of the week school are active by collecting "Green Steps" and de employer from the local government are biking to their office. The whole of nezt year they registeir their kilometers and get sponsered. All together they will save for a "duo"bike for a local healthcare organisation.
