Praha 4 (Prague 4) organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2007, taking into account the annual theme.

Podpora cyklistické, pěší dopravy a městské hromadné dopravy. Zlepšování bezpečnosti chodců a cyklistů v běžném provozu. Ukázky práce Městské policie hl.m. Prahy. Informování občanů o problematice spojené s dopravou.

Praha 4 (Prague 4) implements one or more new permanent measure(s), which contribute(s) to modal transfer from private car to environmentally sound means of transport.

New or improved bicycle facilities
Improvement of bicycle network (creation of new lanes, extension, renovation, signposting etc)
Pedestrianisation
Create or enlarge pedestrian streets
Improvement of infrastructure (new foot bridges, pavements, road crossings, zebra crossings etc)

Car-free day Car-free day

Praha 4 (Prague 4) carries out a Car-Free Day 2007 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Uzavření Smetanova nábř., Křižovnické a části Mánesova mostu pro automobilovou dopravu od 8.00 do 22.00 hodin. Provoz tramvajové dopravy bude zachován. Pro veřejnost bude program připraven od 9.00hodin do 21.00 hod.
