Preparing a plan for bicycles. The purpose of the plan is to inform and motivate the inhabitants regarding the advantage of bicycles. The plan will also evaluate the condition of the existing bicycle paths and provide measures to create a safe and secure bicycle traffic.
Car-free day
Hallstahammar carries out a Car-Free Day 2012 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
