Car-free day Car-free day

Budapest carries out a Car-Free Day 2013 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
The core of the zone is one of Budapest's main boulevards, the Andrássy út. The boulevard is located in the central districts of the city which attracts many tourists and inhabitants of the city as well.
