implements one or more new permanent measure(s), which contribute(s) to modal transfer from private car to environmentally sound means of transport.

1. Vehicle access limitation - control device - to the area surrounding of the Sé of Porto;
2. Restrict zone to private car, in the surrounding streets of the nightlife area;
