The Travel Choices Project- delivered by Central Bedfordshire Council, are organising a week of events to encourage people to travel more sustainably and in turn live more active and healthy lifestyles. Our main event will take place on Ashton Square on Saturday the 20th of September. We're going to be running a quiz with prizes geared around barriers to cycling- such as bike locks and lights, the 'Bigger Picture' art workshop, 'Dr Bike' will be joining us providing free bike servicing and we're going to have the police also providing free bike marking. As well as these activities we will be hosting the launch of Central Bedfordshire Councils new electric rental car 'Co-wheels'.
