Umeå (Umea) organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2014, taking into account the annual theme.

All week
During the european mobility week the region of Västerbotten are going to arrange a sustainable week. All organisations, companys and also the public are encouraged to make their own events during this week.

The City of Umeås actions during the week are as follows.

Photo competition, take a photo of yourself and your bike and share it on instagram, facebook etc. The best photos wins prices.

What fits in a parking space? An area as big as one parking space are going to be filled with something much more exciting. This more creative parking space are supposed to be showed on the town square.

There will also be information on mobility management on the town square.


Under Europeiska trafikantveckan kommer Västerbottenregionen att anordna en hållbar vecka. Alla organisationer, företag och även allmänheten uppmanas att göra sina egna arrangemang under denna vecka.

Fototävling, ta ett foto av dig själv och din cykel och dela den på instagram, facebook etc. Bästa bilderna vinner priser.

Vad passar i en parkeringsplats? Ett område som lika stor som en parkeringsplats kommer att fyllas med något mycket mer spännande. Denna mer kreativa parkeringsplats är tänkt att visas upp på torget.

Det kommer också att finnas information om mobility management på torget.
