In order to sensibilise the locals to the importance of soft ways of transportation:walking,biking,rolling.Make them thinking about solutions for a non-polluating way of transport inside to city Fagaras.

Programul de calmare a traficului in dreptul scolilor s-a realizat prin infiintarea echipelor de circulatie formate din pensionari voluntari. Astfel se asigura siguranta deplasarii elevilor pe drumurile publice din perimetrul unitatilor de invatamant.
Car-free day
Fagaras carries out a Car-Free Day 2015 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
