Further info
The ‘Wetlands to Wetlands’ greenway in Hackney is a walking and cycling route linking between Woodberry Wetlands in Hackney and Walthamstow Wetlands. The route has benefitted from improved signage, lighting and the installation of a cycle ramp over Spring Hill bridge. The 3 km route avoids busy roads and will encourage people to venture outdoors, get active and explore the nature on their doorsteps.
Hackneys 150th Bike Hanger will be launched during the week. This no ordinary hanger! Hackney-based street artist Tony J Driver was commissioned to paint the bike hangar to mark this milestone in the delivery of Hackney’s bike hangars to local residents.
