22.09.2017 - Day without a car - free public transport on the show of registration.
Car-free day
Ełk carries out a Car-Free Day 2017 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Free public transportation by showing a registration card without closing the streets.
