London Borough of Lambeth organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2021, taking into account the annual theme.

22 September
Closing roads outside 11 schools in the borough. We are celebrating the work we have completed to implement 20 School Streets over the last 14 months. We will be extending the hours of 8 existing School Street closures and closing the roads outside three that we plan to implement a School Street in the coming year.

Car-free day Car-free day

London Borough of Lambeth carries out a Car-Free Day 2021 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
we are closing roads for celebration and play outside 11 schools
