The municipality, in cooperation with CKZ Murska Sobota, will hold a workshop on the topic "Stay mobile" regarding the awareness of the elderly population with an active lifestyle to maintain mobility in everyday life. CKZ employees will perform various activities with the participants: blood pressure measurements, walking tests, demonstration of exercises to maintain mobility and muscle mass, demonstration of Nordic walking. Participants will also be presented with exercises to strengthen the body and maintain mobility on outdoor fitness equipment in Puconci. Then we will go with the participants to the railway station in Puconci and drive with them to Hodoš and in this way introduce them to the use of public transport. We will invite members of retirement societies in the municipality.

In cooperation with a bicycle repair workshop, we will perform a demonstration of bicycle servicing and repair. Experts will demonstrate on a sample bike how to change a tube, change a chain, adjust the derailleur and brakes, etc. Participants will be able to bring their own bikes, schedule a repair, or fix a little thing themselves on the spot.

The municipality, in cooperation with AMD Štefan Kovač, the Sports Association of Puconci Municipality and the Municipality of Moravske Toplice, will organize a bicycle ride for the employees of the municipal administrations of Puconci and Moravske Toplice to and around the municipality of Moravske Toplice. Along the way, we will monitor the arrangement of transport infrastructure for sustainable mobility at both the municipal and regional level. At the same time, cycling will promote the joint cooperation of the two municipalities in the Soboški bikilin bike rental system and the use of a sustainable mode of transport. The employees of the municipal administration in the Puconca municipality will also participate in the campaign for sustainable employees' arrival at work.

On Car Free Day, on Friday 9/22/2023, the municipality, in cooperation with Puconci Primary School and kindergartens in the municipality, MS Police Department, PGD Puconci, Sports Association Puconci, KS Puconci, volunteers and local providers, will block the street and rearrange or purposeful reorientation to the realization of workshops, where children will socialize, perform various activities, cultural, educational and fun, from drawing, riding bicycles, scooters, painting the road. On the street, accompanied by their teachers and police officers, the children will demonstrate safe riding with bicycles, scooters and walk freely. Older visitors will try a test ride on electric bikes. A group of students will paint part of the closed street with motifs and drawings on the theme of sustainable mobility, while the youngest will have the opportunity to color coloring books in the middle of the street. Numerous competitions will be held, where children will be awarded symbolic prizes for greater safety in road traffic, both on foot and by bicycle. The municipality, in cooperation with the Puconci primary school and kindergartens, will inform parents that they will drop off their children in front of the street barrier and that the children will walk the rest of the way safely accompanied by teachers in the form of a pedestrian bus. There will also be stands on the street with products from local providers, a stand of the Health Promotion Center (blood pressure measurement and walking tests, demonstration of Nordic walking).
