"Cycling for climate"-Action to encourage the use of bicycle as mean of transport in the city, through a tour of the main tourist attractions using bicycles. The activity is organised by the National Organization of Romanian Scouts -within the project "GREEN 4 U", co-financed from the local budget of the Bistrita Municipality for the year 2023;
