Promotion of our "Sharing a Shell" campaign. Taken from the book by Julia Donaldson, just like Brush, Anemone & Crab, we would love our families to start to "Share a Shell".Car sharers emit between 175 and 265 fewer kilograms of CO2 per person, per year, due to their reduced car ownership. This is between 8% and 13% of the CO2 emissions related to car ownership and car use. About half of this reduction can be ascribed to less car use; the other half to the lower degree of car ownership.

Walking bus at 8.30am from the town car park where we have secured free parking permits for parents. Children to wear hi-viz jackets secured by our travel plan. Parents, children and staff to walk from the town centre, up Lumley Road and into school. There is also a walking bus planned for the return to the car park at 3.00pm
