Car-free day Car-free day

Sibiu carries out a Car-Free Day 2023 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Starting from September 16th at 08:00 AM until September 17th at 08:00 PM, the following areas will be closed to car traffic, and parking spaces will be cleared of vehicles:
Centumvirilor Street
Avram Iancu Street (from the intersection with Magheru Street)
Mitropoliei Street, starting from the intersection with Tribunei Street
Alexandru Odobescu Street (up to the intersection with Moș Ion Roată Street).
Piața Mică (Small Square) in its entirety, including resident/marriage parking spaces.
