In the morning of Brussels Car-Free Sunday, official kick-off event of EUROPEAN MOBILITY WEEK 2023 by the European Commission's Director-General for Mobility and Transport, in close collaboration with Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in the framework of the EU Year of Skills and in the presence of the Mobility Minister of the Brussels-Capital Region.
