El Ayuntamiento de Vila-seca dispone de transporte urbano municipal entre los tres núcleos de población, que son Vila-seca, La Pineda y la Plana, que para los habitantes de Vila-seca, que dispongan de la tarjeta Vila-Card, supone que los viajes que se realicen en este medio de transporte son de carácter gratuito, sin coste para los usuarios. Se trata de un autobús completamente accesible y que utiliza combustible ecológic. Además se han instalado marquesinas en las paradas de autobús, con sistemas de control y de información actualizada respecto a los horarios y paradas. Se encuentra en estudio la ampliación de los itinerarios, con incremento de paradas y de viajes diarios, según el uso por parte de los usuarios.
