Detailed description (English): The flea market actually collapses the city centre every Saturday morning, due to the number of vehicles that mobilise. Trying to avoid traffic jams and bad parking habits, we settle all vehicles that merchants need to use. We organise them in the main street next to the river, gathered depending on their size and controlled thanks to their number plate. After a session where all the merchants were informed, they agreed to participate. As a result, narrow streets from the old city centre are released and citizens are able to walk to the flea market easily.
Target group(s): Merchants with special parking needs.
Objectives: -Avoid traffic jams and bad parking habits.
-Release old city centre streets from heavy traffic.
-Provide more walkable routes for citizens to reach the flea market.
Expected Outcomes: 80% of merchants accepted to participate in the action, and 100% of heavy vehicles where parked in this reserved streets. The lack of information affected some neighbours that wanted to park in the same spaces that are used to park.
