Detailed description (English): Liight is a startup with the mission of motivating people to adopt more sustainable habits in their daily lives. We promote active mobility (such as walking and cycling) through gamification and technology. Our app tracks and validates various actions, such as using public transport or biking. We calculate the amount of CO2 saved in the atmosphere and award 'Liights', which can be redeemed for discounts and prizes. We apply gamification theory and engage users in challenges and competitions to achieve sufficient engagement to change daily habits related to mobility and recycling.
In essence, Liight is designed to reduce CO2 emissions by promoting the use of more eco-friendly transportation methods. Thanks to gamification and artificial intelligence, we motivate people to be more sustainable, but we also raise awareness among our users through quizzes, social media campaigns, and through our 'econometer', where you can see the total kilograms saved in the atmosphere based on your transportation methods.
Currently, we are focusing on our Corporate model, where we help large companies reduce their Scope 3 emissions related to employee mobility. We have worked with clients such as Diageo, Royal Canin, ONCE, Estrella Galicia, Banco Santander, as well as with universities and municipalities. And of course, we have our community version that any citizen can download from any app store.
Target group(s): We have several beneficiaries of our MOBILITYACTION, and our value proposition is very comprehensive. We have validated it in various lines of business. One of them is related to music events and festivals. For example, at O Son do Camiño, we validated and gamified mobility to the music festival. We have also done the same in music events and gaming conferences in collaboration with Estrella Galicia or MAFPRE.
On the other hand, we have a governmental line where we have collaborated with municipalities like Fuenlabrada. However, currently, we are mainly focusing on the corporate model. In this model, we promote a culture of sustainability among our clients and help reduce Scope 3 emissions related to employee mobility. This consolidated model is in full international expansion. The main beneficiaries of this latter line are the sustainability departments of companies, which oversee sustainability practices, and the organization's employees.
Objectives: In the medium term, Liight's strategic vision is to become a scalable and appealing community for citizens. To achieve this ambitious goal, they plan to increase their team from 6 to 15 and make a significant investment. This will enable international expansion, which we are currently immersed in, and an increase in the corporate customer base. Additionally, we seek to maximize our positive climate and social impact through the platform, solidifying our position as a catalyst for change in promoting sustainable and healthy habits.
A top priority for us is to be able to deploy our solution in most European cities, and integrate our platform with other mobility solutions such as carpooling, electric mobility, etc.
In addition to our business objectives, we also have climate goals. To date, we have avoided a total of 4.300 kg of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, but we aim to reach 10.000 kg before 2025.
