Detailed description (English): The school, from the perspective of physical and health education, wants to promote healthy habits among students, and for this reason, one year more we adhere to EUROPEAN MOBILITY WEEK .
For this reason, the students of the Middle Cycle will travel on foot through the municipality in small groups, following a marked itinerary on a map that will lead them to locate different specific places of Vilassar de Mar that contain a small part of the cultural heritage of theirs town to be known and preserved.
Once all the groups arrive at the beach, they will carry out games for peace and cooperative games in a natural space such as the beach, which is an ideal setting for the practice of different physical, recreational and sporting activities and which is necessary preserve.
Detailed description (original language): L'escola, des de la vessant de l'Educació Física i l'Educació per a la Salut, vol promoure hàbits saludables entre l'alumnat i, per aquest motiu, un any més ens adherim a la SETMANA EUROPEA DE LA MOBILITAT.
Per aquest motiu, els alumnes de Cicle Mitjà es desplaçaran a peu pel municipi en petits grups tot seguint un itinerari marcat en un plànol que els ha de dur a localitzar diferents racons concrets de Vilassar de Mar que contenen un bocí del patrimoni cultural de la seva vila que cal conèixer i conservar.
Un cop tots els grups arribin a la platja, es duran a terme jocs per a la pau i jocs cooperatius en un espai natural com és la platja que és un marc ideal per a la pràctica de diferents activitats físiques, lúdiques i esportives i que cal preservar.

Objectives: The school, from the perspective of sports and health education, wants to promote healthy habits among students, and for this reason. This year, our proposal has the following objectives:
1- Promote more sustainable behaviour with regard to the use of private vehicles and how to find alternative proposals to move around the city that favour physical activity towards sedentary lifestyle.
2- Awareness of the impact of transport on the quality of the air that surrounds us and how to act to improve it.
3- Prevent the displacement on foot through the municipality as a means of sustainable mobility and make clear everything that needs to be done so that in addition, be safe.
4 - Provide a civic interaction among students with their city from the school environment, knowing and respecting their cultural and environmental heritage, so that they generate a rewarding experience that can be extrapolated to the family environment .
5- We want to propose and highlight a search for new forms of mobility, move away from the absolute domination of the particular car, towards a more sustainable, safe and healthy transport.
