Detailed description (English): Three E-scooters will be provided by Academy of Political Studies (ASP) for the Members of Parliament of Albania, to be used for the daily transfer from the Assembly main premises to the plenary sessions building (2-3 kilometer distance).
The Green Parliamentarian Group (GPG) near the Assembly of Albania was established in July 2022 as a voluntary organization of up to 30 legislators from various political groups.
The establishment of the Green Group has been initiated by Academy of Political Studies with the support of the German Federal Government and the European Union, within the program implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Gesellschaft GmbH (GIZ) "Increasing the knowledge of Green Parliamentary Groups informal from South-Eastern Europe on the European Union's objectives on energy and transport"
Detailed description (original language): Kuvendi i Shqipërisë do t'i bashkohet për herë të parë zgjidhjeve miqësore me mjedisin për të siguruar transportin e deputetëve dhe stafit të tij nga ambjentet kryesore të Kuvendit në godinën e seancave plenare. Tre skutera elektrikë do të mundësohen nga Akademia e Studimeve Politike (ASP) për ligjvënësit pjesë e Grupit Parlamentar të Gjelbër.
Grupi Parlamentar i Gjelbër (GPG) pranë Kuvendit të Shqipërisë u krijua në korrik 2022 si një organizim vullnetar i rreth 30 ligjvënësve nga grupe të ndryshme politike. Krijimi i tij u nxit nga Akademia e Studimeve Politike me mbështetjen e Qeverisë Federale Gjermane dhe Bashkimit Evropian, në kuadër të programit të zbatuar nga Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Gesellschaft GmbH (GIZ) "Rritja e njohurive të Grupeve Parlamentare të Gjelbërta joformale. nga Evropa Juglindore mbi objektivat e Bashkimit Evropian për energjinë dhe transportin"

Objectives: The action will have a twofold result: firstly, to promote the MPs as best examples of smart movers, and secondly, making the MPs more aware of transportation footprint and improve legislative regulations and incentives for this sector.
