- Circuit : 1 hour (starting from the workplace to encounter as many situations as possible to learn how to position yourself correctly on the road)

- Revoir la sécurité du vélo de façon régulière pour rouler en sécurité
- Théorie rapide sur les consignes
- Circuit : 1h (en partant du lieu de travail pour rencontrer un max de situation pour apprendre à bien se positionner sur la route)
