Detailed description (English): Our older students have gone by bike with teachers and families to meet the countryside and historical sites around our town. The activity has been coordinated by the school teachers with the help of police to mantain the group together. Apart from moving by bike instead of doing it by car, the students have been able to know natural places close to the school and historical place in the countryside like churches and old buildings related to our story. Alongside with this activity, the younger students have walk to know parks and green zones in our area, having a healty breakfast in one of the stops. Some families from our community have been also involved.
Target group(s): Primary education (5 to 12 years old).
Objectives: Raise our students awarness about the importance of mobility and move around using sustainable means of transport such as bikes or go walking.
Introduce students to their close environment, knowing natural place in our town, plants and animals living around.
Introduce students to our town's history, knowing historical places in the countryside.
