Detailed description (English): 1. Introduction
In line with our company’s commitment to sustainability, employee well-being, and corporate social responsibility, we propose the launch of a Soft Mobility Challenge. This initiative will encourage employees to adopt eco-friendly commuting alternatives such as walking, cycling, carpooling, or using public transportation instead of single-occupancy vehicles.
2. Objectives
Reduce carbon footprint by promoting sustainable commuting habits.
Encourage employee well-being through active transport (walking, cycling).
Strengthen team spirit by creating a fun and engaging collective challenge.
Enhance corporate image as an environmentally responsible employer.
3. The Challenge Concept
The Soft Mobility Challenge will run for one month. Employees will log their commuting choices daily or weekly using a simple digital platform or shared tracking sheet. Points will be awarded for each sustainable trip.
Example Scoring System:
Walking or cycling to work: 3 points per trip
Public transport use: 2 points per trip
Carpooling: 2 points per trip
Occasional remote working (if applicable): 1 point per day
At the end of the challenge, the team or individual with the highest score will be rewarded.
4. Incentives & Rewards
To motivate participation, we recommend offering symbolic and meaningful rewards such as:
Gift vouchers (sports, culture, or eco-friendly shops).
Recognition in internal communications (newsletter, intranet).
Certificates for “Soft Mobility Champions.”
