Detailed description (English): Wheelskeep offers a turnkey solution for supervised bicycle parking that can be deployed almost instantly in large quantities, and is 100% secure, guaranteed and insured. Wheelskeep hoops are placed in public spaces, are self-supporting and can accommodate any type of bike, scooter, cargobike or long tail. The installation of the parking lot requires no external works, simply a perimeter of barriers to delineate the space. It is also possible to plant the perimeter of the barriers for better integration into the public space. To ensure the safety of vehicles, our guards systematically check bikes in our application to ensure that the bike is with its owner when leaving the parking lot. The process is straightforward: the user provides their phone number to the guard, who enters it into our application. The guard then takes a photo of the vehicle associated with this number.
On exit, the user gives their number, and the photo of the vehicle appears in our application, and the attendant checks that it's the right vehicle. At the same time, the user receives a 4-digit code, which they give to the guard to validate that they are indeed in possession of the line left at the entrance. With more than 350,000 guarded bicycles, Wheelskeep remains 100% secure.
Wheelskeep's technology uses a serverless microservice architecture to avoid idle consumption and to enable extreme usage peaks during major events.
