Detailed description (English): Cycling Without Age Germany provides free rickshaw rides for older people and those with limited mobility. Today, there are more than 170 active local chapters across the country, regularly organizing rides. In 2023 alone, several tens of thousands of rides were carried out, giving seniors the opportunity to rediscover the joy of fresh air, movement, and connection. Our impact goes beyond sustainable mobility – we promote social participation, intergenerational dialogue, and community building. We help people reconnect with their environment, reduce loneliness, and create emotional experiences that make sustainable mobility visible and tangible.
