Detailed description (English): Industrie Mica Prahova SA continues to support Road Safety Week, an event organized every year under the patronage of Brake Charity, UK. This year's theme is SPEED, a main cause of traffic accidents around the globe, and the name of the campaign is `Let's talk about...SPEED`. Unfortunately, Romania still holds an unwanted first place amongst the countries with the highest number of deaths in traffic. The first day of the event is dedicated to law enforcement as a way of preventing accidents. The entire event will be held online, via our weblog (Drumul in siguranta) and its corresponding Facebook page, between November 19th and 25th.
According to latest Police statistics, speed is the main cause of the traffic events registered at national level in the first nine months of 2023. This is why Industrie Mica Prahova SA approaches once again the issue of speed by discussing it via the materials distributed online.
