Detailed description (English): Our objective is to promote the use of green transport among students, educate them on the environmental benefits of sustainable mobility, and culminate in an online meeting with all participants and an expert from Vaslui Environmental Protection Agency.
-Kick-Off Event (16 September): an online meeting (Introduction to Green Mobility Week, its goals, and the importance of green transport, brief opening remarks from the event organizer). Our students take a pledge to use green transport (walking, cycling, public transport) for the week.
-Daily Green Transport Challenge (16-21 September) to encourage our students to use green transport modes every day. Students log their daily green transport activities in a journal or a digital app. Each participant will be rewarded with a certificate of appreciation.
-Online closing meeting (22 September): -Brief welcome and introduction of the meeting's purpose, recap the activities of Green Mobility Week, guest speaker presentation, discussions about the importance of green transport and its environmental benefits, students present their experiences and projects from Green Mobility Week.
This series of activities and the online meeting will ensure an engaging, educational, and action-oriented Green Mobility Week for students, fostering a long-term commitment to sustainable transport practices.
