Detailed description (English): Starting from the Municipality of Bergamo at 8:00 p.m., an evening bike ride will take place in compliance with the Highway Code, passing through the city’s parks with the support of the local police to raise awareness about the use of mandatory lighting devices during the hours of darkness. A family bike ride led by Gianluigi Pellegrini through city cycle paths and bike lanes in safety, to help people understand how essential it is to respect the Highway Code.
Target group(s): Families
Objectives: Aribi, committed since 1981 to promoting the use of bicycles, together with the Municipality of Bergamo, patron of this event, and the local police, has decided to accompany families through the streets of the city. The only condition is that participants must be equipped with front and rear lights, reflective vests, and helmets, because Aribi has always stood by the Highway Code and cannot miss the opportunity of this European Mobility Week to raise awareness about road safety.
