Detailed description (English): When we retire, our activities, both physical and mental, often slow down, sometimes even stop. With the "Retired but not tired" campaign, we will encourage Rekreatur members to engage in vigorous physical (walking, cycling, guided sports) as well as mental (training, testing, workshops) activities. We will measure the results of their activities and reward them to you at the end of the campaign, with the best ones being specially rewarded. In addition to the activities described above, an additional bonus to the final result will be to attract non-members of the association to participate in as many of the project activities as possible. Similarly, an additional bonus will be the use of public transport (train, bus). In the campaign we will measure: kilometres cycled or walked, time spent on guided sports activities, number and time of participation in trainings and workshops, and the number and kilometres travelled using public transport. The final result will be a calculation of the CO2 reduction and the personal financial savings.
Detailed description (original language): Ko se upokojimo se pogosto naše aktivnosti, tako fizične kot tudi umske, upočasnijo, včasih celo ustavijo. Z akcijo "UPOKOJEN, ne pokojen" bomo člane društva Rekreatur spodbudili k intenzivnim fizičnim (hoja, kolesarjenje, vodena športna vadba) kot tudi umskim (izobraževanja, testiranja, delavnice) aktivnostim. Rezultate njihovih aktivnosti bomo merili in jih ob koncu akcije vas nagradili s tem, da bodo najboljši nagrajeni še posebej. Poleg opisanih aktivnosti bo dodatni bonus k končnemu rezultatu predstavljalo privabljanje nečlanov društva k sodelovanju v čimveč aktivnostih projekta. Enako bo dodatni bonus predstavljala uporaba sredstev javnega prevoza (vlak, avtobus). V akciji bomo merili: prekolesarjene ali prehojene kilometre, čas porabljen za vodene športne aktivnosti, število in čas udeležbe na izobraževanjih in delavnicah ter število in prevoženi kilometri ob uporabi javnega prevoza. Končni rezultat bo izračun zmanjšanja CO2 in osebnega finančnega prihranka.
Target group(s): The target group is people aged 65 and over, of both sexes.
Objectives: The objectives are:
- 20% improvement in the results of a physical fitness test carried out by members in March 2023 at the Kranj Health Promotion Centre;
- recording the activities at the start of the "Retired but not tired" campaign and the results at the end of the campaign (31st December 2023);
- Attract at least 50% of non-members to participate in the campaign, measured by the number of members participating in the campaign;
