Detailed description (English): The SELECT project brings together local and regional authorities, along with business support organisations from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark and Sweden. The partners will collaborate to assess the requirements for providing adequate power and energy to electric light and heavy-duty fleets at logistics terminals and public locations. They will also explore the potential for new services enabled by digital solutions and the governance structures necessary to facilitate this transition.
The SELECT workshop, the partners are examining the role of public actors in supporting the shift to electric logistics. This workshop will delve into the role of public actors, compare differences and similarities between countries and draw inspiration from various initiatives. Participants will discuss the progress in each country and work towards advancing development in a way that benefits multiple stakeholders across borders.
