Target group(s): Our employees (around 1500 in all the markets)
Objectives: How do our employees benefit?
1. The 3 best photos in each market area will be honoured!
2. The winners will each receive a voucher
3. The winners will be publicly announced together with their photos - in the news portal and possibly also on social media.
How does the BKS Bank benefit?
1. the kilometres travelled sustainably will be included in our carbon footprint calculation.
2. We have the chance to be honoured with the Mobilityaction Award.
Of course this is also a great way to start to change the mindsets of our employees, to motivate them to commute to and off work in a more sustainable way. Also we are expecting to maybe build a community of employees, that will take pride in traveling sustainable. And the photos from all the different countries will motivate further.
Sustainable development and quality are the cornerstones of BKS Bank's strategy. Accordingly, we act responsibly and focus on our sustainable development strategy rather than on individual CSR measures.
