Detailed description (English): As part of the Festival for Movement and Mobility at FEZ Wuhlheide, fLotte Berlin e.V. is offering a cargo bike trucks and a discussion on the sustainable transport transition.
fLotte is committed to promoting environmentally sustainable mobility by providing attractive, practical alternatives to motorized private transport. A central element of this effort is the low-threshold, free rental of cargo bikes, rickshaws, and similar vehicles in Berlin. Currently, with the support of over a thousand volunteers and partners, fLotte manages the rental of around 250 cargo bikes across the city.
Detailed description (original language): Im Rahmen des Mobilitäts- und Bewegungswochenende im FEZ, Wuhlheide bietet fLotte Berlin Probefahrten für Lastenrad und einen Austausch zum Thema Verkehrswende an.
Die fLotte setzt sich für eine ökologisch nachhaltige Mobilität ein, indem sie attraktive und alltagstaugliche Alternativen zum motorisierten Individualverkehr schafft. Zentrales Element ist der niedrigschwellige und kostenlose Verleih von Lastenrädern, Rikschas und ähnlichen Fahrzeugen in Berlin. Derzeit betreut die fLotte mit Hilfe von über tausend Ehrenamtlichen und Partner:innen den Verleih von rund 250 Lastenrädern in ganz Berlin.

Objectives: Trips with fLotte vehicles replace car journeys, thereby reducing CO₂ emissions. In addition, they help ease the pressure on transport infrastructure. Sharing the vehicles also saves resources and parking space.
