Detailed description (English): Through an announcement on social networks, a call was made for the collection of used
bicycles from September 16 to 22, as an initiative to encourage citizens to donate used bicycles,
which will be repaired and reused, promoting the transport of green and sustainable transportation. On
September 20, a repair station for these bicycles was set up outside Reja. The adjusted bicycles
were donated together with the general directorate of the General Directorate of Environment
and Sustainable Development to the Shkoze Community Center for children in need.
Target group(s): All Ages
Objectives: Promote Sustainable Transportation: Encourage the use of bicycles as a green and sustainable mode of transportation by collecting and repairing used bicycles for reuse.
Community Engagement: Engage the community in a meaningful way by encouraging them to donate their used bicycles for a noble cause.
Resource Efficiency: Promote resource efficiency by repairing and repurposing used bicycles, reducing waste and the need for new bicycle production.
