Detailed description (English): On one side, students will evaluate different ways to go to school by bicycle in order to identify the safest way. They will take into account different factors such as: presence or absence of a bike lane, traffic, distance to safety stations, environmental and healthy impacts, among others.
On the other, in order to promote and evaluate walking and cycling routes to school, students will be encouraged to go to school and to their daily activities by walking or cycling (or taking the public transport). Students will share with all the educational community their routes and experiences over the week.
Objectives: - To promote and rise awareness of sustainable urban mobility.
-Promoting bicycles as mode of transportation in cities
- Encourage students and teachers to use sustainable transport (walking, cycling or public transport)
