This street is pedestrianized and the accessibility of the area is improved, enlarging the 2 squares at the ends of this street, to obtain a more pedestrian friendly space and a social meeting area.
Pedestrianization of c/Nueva Fuera
The street has been pedestrianized by placing benches and bike racks to promote, on the one hand, social gatherings and, on the other hand, sustainable bicycle travel.
We promoted other sustainable means of transportation by removing the car from this city street in the historic center. decreasing motor vehicle traffic in the central area of the city
Pedestrian of Abrevadero St.
This space is reformed to return the space to the citizens, taking away space for bicycles.
Reform with calming of Portal del Rey St.
In this space, parking spaces for motor vehicles are eliminated, creating a bike lane and thus achieving the redistribution and rearrangement of public space for vehicles and pedestrians, in favor of pedestrians and bicycles.
The objective is to reduce the speed of traffic on this road by favoring other more sustainable means of transport with the separation of road traffic from the bicycle lane and eliminating parking spaces.
Definitive works for the pedestrianization of the C/Roma section.
In 2022 the street was temporarily cut to convert a large part of it into a cul-de-sac and thus avoid the high speeds that cars reached on that road and return the space to citizens and students. This year the work has been executed to turn it into a meeting area for neighbors, missing to complete the work on plants.

En esta intervención se peatonaliza esta via para mejorar la accesibilidad de la zona, ampliando las 2 plazas de los extremos de esta calle
Se consigue el objetivo de convertir una calle oscura y de aceras estrecha en un lugar para que los vecinos puedan pasear, libre de humos y ruidos.
Peatonalización c/Nueva Fuera
En esta intervención se ha peatonalizado la calle colocando bancos y aparcabicis para favorecer, por un lado el encuentro social y por otro lado, el desplazamiento sostenible en bicicleta.
Se busca potenciar otros medios de transporte sostenibles retirando el coche de esta calle de la ciudad que se encuentre en el centro historico
Peatonalización c/ Abrevadero
Se reforma este espacio para devolver el espacio de la misma a la ciudadanía, quitándole espacio a la bicicleta, mejorando la calidad de vida de los vecinos de la zona.
Reforma con calmado c/ Portal del Rey
En este espacio se eliminan los aparcamientos para los vehículos a motor, creando un bicicarril y consiguiendo de esta forma la redistribución y reordenación del espacio público destinado a vehículos y peatones, a favor del peatón y la bicicleta.
Obras definitivas de peatonalización tramo C/Roma
En 2022 se cortó de forma provisional la calle para convertir gran parte de la misma en fondo de saco y de esta forma evitar las grandes velocidades que los coches alcanzaban en esa vía y devolver el espacio a la ciudadanía y los alumnos. Este año se ha ejecutado la obra para convertirlo en una zona de encuentro para los vecinos, faltando para finalizarla las plantaciones de árboles
