Environmental projects organized by Bridgestone's Burgos Plant give an eco-friendly value to the brand and citizens can get closer to this idea due to media coverage which makes the point that we are a company truly committed to the environment
The Bicicletada Bridgestone is an outdoor activity held in Burgos which consisted on a fun riding experience through a natural park. The event is opened to the citizenship and 200 participants will participate.
This activity contribute to promote the sustainable urban mobility and to make people aware of the CO2 problem culture.
Riders could even discover the valuable natural heritage of the surrounding areas and deepen the idea of conservation of biodiversity and natural resources by reducing the emission of pollutants.
Detailed description (original language): La planta de Burgos juega un papel activo en su comunidad y contribuye a una sociedad más sostenible a través de estas actividades ecológicas que aumentan cada año el valor corporativo, creando y promoviendo la conciencia ambiental en su comunidad local.
Los proyectos medioambientales organizados por la Planta Burgos de Bridgestone aportan un valor ecológico a la marca nuestros ciudadanos pueden conocerlo de cerca gracias a la cobertura mediática existente donde se refleja que somos una empresa verdaderamente comprometida con el medio ambiente.
La Bicicletada Bridgestone es una actividad al aire libre en Burgos que consiste en una grata ruta en bicicleta a través de un parque natural. El evento está abierto a la ciudadanía y participarán 200 ciclistas.
Esta actividad contribuye a promover la movilidad urbana sostenible y a sensibilizar a la población sobre la problemática del CO2.
Los participantes además pueden descubrir el valioso patrimonio natural de los alrededores y profundizar en la idea de la conservación de la biodiversidad y los recursos naturales mediante la reducción de la emisión de contaminantes.
