Detailed description (English): From daily commuting to work, visiting family and other countries, to the proper functioning of global supply chains, transport is a critical enabler of Europe’s economic and social life. However, it does incur costs to our society, including in the form of pollution, congestion, and accidents. To tackle these challenges, transport regulators—both on European and national levels—play an increasingly important role. We need to identify:
What do regulators need to be successful in making transport future-ready?
How can technology help regulators to make European transport more efficient and sustainable?
How can regulators and the broader transport ecosystem be supported to take better decisions?
To explore these questions and to provide hands-on examples from regulators across the globe we warmly invite you to join our webinar.
Target group(s): Mobility & transport policy makers & regulators on EU and national levels (such as ministries, agencies and EU institutions dealing with mobility topics) and everyone interested in the topic
