" Pedaling Women: Cycling Event"
"Pedaling Women Initiative Cycling Events" have been held on Wednesdays regularly. The intiative also provides cycling trainings for women. The cycling event in scope with European Mobility Week, organised by the Pedaling Women initiative and Çankaya Municipality with the participation of the public. The event will be started at 19:00 at Anıtpark on 17, September. The rota is from Anıtpark to Kuğulu Park ( approximately 3.6km)

"Movement Starts With You, Grows With Your Bike: Cycling Event for Citizens"
The cycling event and race is organized in collaboration with the Turkish Bicycle Federation, the Federation of All Bicycle Associations, the Ankara Bicycle and Nature Lovers Association, the Zafertepe Neighborhood Mukhtars as part of European Mobility Week. The event will be at Zafertepe Mohaç Primary School Garden . The officials from the Ministry of Youth and Sports will provided information and listened to questions and suggestions.
The cycling race will be held at Zafertepe Mohaç Primary School garden .
Children competed in seven groups (ranging from 5 to 12 years old) based on their age and height; winning medals for each age range.

" Safe Traffic Training Events for Kids on Car-Free Day"
In scope of Car-Free day, the September 22nd event will be at Çankaya Municipality Maltepe Service Campus, which also houses the Umut Kindergarten. The campus will be closed to car traffic during the day;
Safe cycling and traffic training will be provided for children.

carries out a Car-free day and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

In scope of Car-Free day, Çankaya Municipality Maltepe Service Campus, which also houses the Umut Kindergarten, will be closed to car traffic ; creating a safe cycling zone for children and providing traffic education. The event will be started at 10:30 and the Service Campus where will be closed for cars during Car-free day.
