Opening Remarks at the European Mobility Week
We invite all our fellow citizens in the district to participate with their bicycles; by cycling together, we not only engage in physical activity but also support our district's vision for sustainable transportation.

On Thursday, 18th September 2025 at 19:30, through Zumba, we strive to offer participants an engaging opportunity to embrace an active lifestyle, while enhancing public health and underscoring the significance of sustainable mobility.

Children from the kindergartens of Etimesgut Municipality will be introduced to the fundamental principles of traffic safety at the Eryaman Traffic Training Park. They will then put these rules into practice on the training course, alternating between the roles of pedestrians and drivers in a safe traffic simulation game. The program will conclude with the presentation of “Little Traffic Hero” rosettes to all participants.

Through the events taking place at the Municipality's Accessible Living Center, we are raising awareness for accessible and inclusive living. We are addressing barrier-free transportation and the culture of an inclusive life together.

We are taking a healthy walk together in nature at Göksu Park. In the context of the "Mobility for Everyone" theme, the healthy lifestyle walk reinforces the link between physical health and accessible transportation, striving to break down barriers and promote inclusive participation in active living for everyone.

Through our Kite Festival, we make physical activity enjoyable while raising awareness about the importance of sustainable transportation and eco-friendly events, offering an accessible experience for all within the context of European Mobility Week. With our kites, representing the theme of "Mobility for Everyone", we are embellishing the sky.
