На 17.09.2025 г. от 08:30 ч. до 10:30 ч. и от 15:30 ч. до 19:30 ч. се преустановява движението на ППС (с изключение на автобусите на градския транспорт), както следва:
1. От 08:30 ч. до 10:00 ч. по бул. „Априлов“ от пресечката с ул. „Възраждане“ (Съдебна палата) до пресечката с ул. „Лазар Донков“ (Областна администрация).
2. От 09:30 ч. до 10:30 ч. по бул. „Априлов“ и по ул. „Скобелевска“ от пресечката на бул. „Априлов“ с ул. „Възраждане“ до кръстовището на мост „Игото“, кръстовището на мост „Игото“, по ул. „Аврам Гачев“ от мост „Игото“ до пресечката с ул. „Д-р Н. Василиади“, по ул. „Д-р Н. Василиади“ от пресечката с ул. „Брянска“ до пресечката с ул. „Орловска“.
3. От 15:30 ч. до 19:30 ч. по бул. „Априлов“ от пресечката с ул. „Възраждане“ до пресечката с ул. „Лазар Донков“ (пл. „Възраждане“).
