Βέροια (Veria) organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2018, taking into account the annual theme.

22 September
Leoforos Anoixeos, a main thoroughfare of Veria, was closed to traffic from 5pn onwards. In the park adjacent to the car-free main road, there was an open-air presentation of ECOCITY Mobility Campaigns (EcoMobility & FreeMobility) participation by High School students of Veria. The Music School of Veria presented their award-winning project, including an illustrated story and original song, which they performed live at the concert.

Βέροια (Veria) carries out a Car-free day 2018 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
