Mezi trvalá opatření, která město zajišťuje pro zlepšení pohodlí a bezpečnosti obyvatel patří v letošním roce další osvětlené přechody pro chodce, bezbariérové přechody, 2 nové nízkopodlažní autobusy MHD, nový chodník pro pěší (Lutopecká ul.) a obousměrné zprůjezdnění dalších doposud jednosměrných, přitom vysoce využívaných ulic pěší zóny v centru města.
